Dear Everett,
We apologize for missing your two-month post as time has clearly gotten away from us, and really, we are just too busy living life and enjoying you and your sister. You have already grown so much since the day we brought your tiny little self home from the hospital. You are growing so much, in fact, that we think our redundant use of the endearing term “big boy” might just be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
You are one smiley little baby. We are always amazed at how you seem to go about your day smiling at so many different things. Laughter is also starting to come pretty easily and we cannot get enough of your adorable little shrieks and laughs. Mommy and Daddy feel like we are at least doing something right when we see such a happy product of our daily efforts.
You are quite lucky to have such a sweet and caring big sister. Eisley likes to sing “Twinkle, Twinkle” to you when you need a little soothing, and she loves to give you kisses. You look at her with those big blue eyes and we can tell already that you love and adore her.
We cannot wait to watch you grow and are anxious to see you take each new step. Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our lives in such a short period of time. You are truly the sweetest little “big boy”.
